A: OUR APPLICATION PROCESS HAS OBJECTIVE AND SUBJECTIVE PIECES, BUT THE TWO BIGGEST ITEMS ARE CREDIT AND INCOME.  AS A GENERAL RULE WE EXPECT RENTERS TO EARN A MINIMUM SALARY OF 3x ANNUAL RENT.  AS FOR CREDIT, ITEMS ON THE REPORT ARE AS IMPORTANT AS THE SCORE.  ITEMS SUCH AS MULTIPLE REPOSSESSIONS AND BANKRUPTCIES TEND TO RAISE BIGGER RED FLAGS, BUT IN MANY CASES WE JUST WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE CAUSE IF CREDIT IS SUBPAR.

Q: ARE YOUR HOUSES ONLY FOR RENT OR ARE THEY ALSO FOR SALE?
A: WHILE WE ARE RENTING MOST OF OUR HOMES BECAUSE THE MARKET IS DIFFICULT FOR SALES, WE ARE MORE THEN HAPPY TO CONSIDER OFFERS FOR PURCHASE.  PLEASE FEEL FREE TO MAKE AN OFFER.

Q: CAN I MAKE REPAIRS TO MY OWN HOUSE?

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY?
A: IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THAT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE EITHER CALL OR EMAIL THE OFFICE AND INFORM US.  WE HAVE DESIGNATED THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS OUR MAINTENANCE DAYS.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE IS HOME AT THE TIME OF REPAIR.

Q: CAN I HAVE A PET?
A: ANY TYPICAL DOMESTICATED PETS ARE ALLOWED.  WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A LOW MAINTENANCE PET SUCH AS A GOLDFISH OR A GERBIL, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CHARGE AN EXTRA $50 PER MONTH AS A RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL WEAR AND TEAR.
