DARWIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (DCM) WAS FORMED AT THE HEIGHT OF THE REAL ESTATE CRASH TO BUILD A PORTFOLIO OF FULLY RENOVATED SINGLE FAMILY RENTAL HOMES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF WILLINGBORO, NJ.  TO DATE WE HAVE PURCHASED AND MANAGE A PORTFOLIO OF SINGLE-FAMILY AND MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES. ALL OF OUR HOMES HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REMODELED WITH HIGH QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS.  BY BUYING DURING THE RECESSION, WE ARE ABLE TO RENT HIGHER QUALITY HOMES FOR THE SAME PRICE AS OUR COMPETITION, AND SELL THEM AT A TREMENDOUS VALUE FOR CONSUMERS.  FOR THE MOST PART, THE HOMES COME EQUIPPED WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, NEW ALL WOOD HIGH END CABINETS, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, SIX PANEL COLONIAL DOORS, AND AN ENTIRE ENERGY PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDES NEW HVAC, ENERGY EFFICIENT WINDOWS, AND INCREASED INSULATION.
