Adam Cohen — Managing Partner

​

Adam has 20 years of diverse real estate experience with a focus on residential renovation. Adam also has a strong background in historical renovation and new construction residential rental development in the Philadelphia and South Jersey submarkets. In total he has worked on the development of over 100 properties which have a finished development value of over $300 million.

 

Adam previously worked at Simon Property Group, the largest public real estate company in the United States, where he focused on international market analysis, development, and asset management.

 

Adam was also the initial employee at a start-up firm called Alterra Property Group, where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, and construction management. Alterra has since grown into one of the larger developers in the Philadelphia region.

Adam holds an MBA with a focus in Real Estate from Columbia

University and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis with

majors in Finance and International Business and a minor in Economics.
